Racism is a problem faced by humans for years. This problem will never end because of differences in skin color and the characteristics of each diverse human race. Especially since this issue re-emerged in the United States since the shooting of a police officer against a black citizen.
Not only in the real world, this issue also occurs in the gaming world. Therefore, many developers give heavy sanctions for those who do it in the game. One who is truly committed to this is Infinity Ward.
Infinity Ward has just announced that it will tighten the security of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Warzone from user names with offensive and racist elements. They claim to add staff to monitor IDs that are allegedly carrying out racism or contain offensive words.
Not only that, Infinity Ward also did not hesitate to banned IDs who were found to have offensive and racist elements every hour. They will provide stricter regulations to change names, to be banned permanently for users who do not give up doing it again.
So, those of you who might be inclined to use offensive IDs and racism should immediately change your name to be more friendly.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare can now be played on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. The game has a crossplay system that allows you to play it on the same server from different platforms.
