Although the presence of the Hyper Scape game was leaked by Rod Breslau some time ago. The announcement of the free-to-play battle royale game that was done with Ubisoft Montreal would certainly be an unexpected surprise from Ubisoft. That they were finally tempted by the battle royale mode after a long period of silence and did not follow it while the genre was still warm. Especially with the many shooter games they have such as Rainbow Six Siege, which is now successfully scooping many players from all over the world.
This was confirmed by the PCGamesN interview with Hyper Scape Senior Producer, Graeme Jennings. Jennings said that they learned a lot from the developers of Rainbow Six Siege and For Honor to make good games as service. Including how to create servers and patches that are the main foundation of the game. Jennings continued that they were assisted by veterans who had experienced in similar games for years.
Having a little Cyberpunk vibe, it is known that players will be able to use a variety of abilities ranging from Hacks that can make players to place mines, protect squad, to see enemies behind walls.
Besides the graphics offered are also pretty good. Although it cannot be equivalent to the game Call of Duty: Warzone, at least the effects that are in this game make it look even cooler and also worth playing.

It is known that Ubisoft will also use a marketing system like what Riot Games did for the Valorant game where it will work with several content creators on Twitch to play the game.
Hyper Scape is currently undergoing a period of closed technical test beta. The game is planned for release on PC while the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions will follow. But if according to Rod Breslau’s leak is true, then the possibility of the game will be visited by PC on 12-13 July 2020 depending on which region you are in.
