Unlike Assassin’s Creed Odyssey where your character’s choice at the beginning of playing is final and cannot be replaced, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla allows you to change the sex of the protagonist Eivor anytime, anywhere.
Reporting from the video sent by Twitter user AccessTheAnimus, you can change the sex of Eivor through the inventory menu where later there is a DNA Stream option where you can exchange gender of Eivor.
DNA STREAM SELECTION
This was described by Narrative Director Darby McDevitt as a new feature that ensures both male and female versions of Eivor are considered canon.

There is no difference in strength from each gender and aspects of the story will not be affected by this option but according to the developer, this freedom of choice has been branded as a canon in the main story of Assassin’s Creed and is a new feature added by Animus.
More or less, this feature is the same as what is owned in Assassin’s Creed Syndicate where players can exchange between Jacob and Evie, but the big difference is that they are two different individuals, while Eivor is one character. However, the system replacement character is more or less the same in outline.
Assassin’s Creed Valhalla will be released on November 17th 2020 for PC, PS4 and Xbox One. The next-gen version will follow when the PS5 and Xbox Series X have been released.
