NVIDIA has announced their latest lineup of Ampere series, namely the GeForce RTX 3070, RTX 3080 and RTX 3090. They have also released trailers for games that will use Nvidia’s latest ray-tracing feature. One of them is the latest trailer for Cyberpunk 2077.
If you look at the RTX I / O announcement at minute 22:50, Jensen Huang (CEO of NVIDIA) uses a slide that shows that the game size will be around 200 GB.
Some people immediately assumed that Cyberpunk 2077 would follow in the footsteps of Call of Duty®: Modern Warfare (2019). It is not surprising that the game is around 200 GB, because CD PROJECT RED also uses all the available features such as ray-tracing and so on.
However, Marcin Momot (CD PROJECT RED Community Coordinator) immediately stepped in regarding this and said that Cyberpunk 2077 will not reach 200 GB when it is released. They will also announce that the specifications for the Cyberpunk 2077 system will be released soon.
While the @CyberpunkGame system requirements are not out yet (they are coming soon, though!), I wanted to address this topic from reddit. The game won't take up 200GB when installed. You can expect the required HDD space to be on par with other modern titles. pic.twitter.com/tRigjPWLfC

If we look at the statement, there is a possibility that Cyberpunk 2077 will range between 100 – 150 GB. This measure is included in the rational category when we talk about next-gen games. But since they will announce the system specifications of the game soon, we can only wait.
Cyberpunk 2077 will release on PC, Xbox One and PS4 on November 19, 2020. The PS5 and Xbox Series X versions will be released when they have released their respective console release dates.
